Hole Description
Short Par 3
Hole 1 SI 17 (139 Yards) Uphill par three of medium difficulty. The uphill nature of the hole coupled with the distance, especially from the white tea, means that landing on the small-ish green with your T-shot, is not a straightforward affair. The main dangers on this one are the two deep bunks to the right and the smaller, shallower bunker on the left. For the average golfer a decent card saving stratergy on this one is to consider laying up short of the greent that way youll avoid any heartache the bunkers might otherwise bring. That will then leave a shortish lob or chip onto the green to give yourself a chance of a par or a net birdie if you have a handicap shot here.
